In our Beginners Taster Class, learn to make your very own mug, doggy bowl or flower pot with guidance from Patricia, a highly skilled and experienced potter.

Our intimate groups of up to 5 participants guarantee you personalised attention and an unforgettable experience.

Return to decorate & glaze your piece including 2 firings in kiln to add that finishing touch to your pieces. (Dates arranged during the workshop)

Beginners Taster Class

Relax, unwind and create with experienced potter Patricia at one of our Christmas themed classes

Available Dates: Saturday November 7th or November 14th

Class Time: 10.30am to 12.30pm

Cost: €70.00 including all materials + 2 kiln firings.

Come back to decorate your kiln fired piece before taking home your very first completed piece of pottery. (Decoration days arranged during workshop.)

One-Day Taster Workshop

Take your clay work a step further on our One Day Taster Workshops that includes an introduction to wheel work. Our November workshop will feature a Christmas theme.

Available Dates: 21st November

Class Time: 11.00am to 4.00pm

Cost: €120.00 per person

Small class numbers. Max 5 people. Tea, Coffee and Soup served for lunch. Bring a filled roll or sandwich.

Weekend Residential Course

* NEW FOR AUTUMN 2026**

Experience is necessary for this longer course which takes place on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

PLEASE NOTE: Finished Pottery must be collected within a month of notification from The Potter’s Yard that pieces are ready for collection.

Die Dame war sehr freundlich und hat uns eine Tasse Espresso angeboten, als sie uns den Shop zeigte. Im Shop gibt es eine schöne Auswahl an handgefertigter Keramik und Kerzen aus Bienenwachs. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die bunten Fliesen.
