Join us at The Potter’s Yard for one of our popular Pop Up Taster Workshops and learn to make your very own mug and dish set with guidance from Patricia, a skilled potter.
Our intimate groups of up to 6 participants guarantee you personalised attention and an unforgettable experience.
Cost: €30.00 per person.
And the best part? You get to take away your own unique creations!
If you want to add that finishing touch to your pieces, opt for our glazing and firing service for just a small additional fee of €20.00 (€50.00 in total)
Pop Up Advanced Workshops
Ready to develop your skills further? Why not try one of our or Pop Up Advanced Workshops?
Learn to make your very own vase or fairy house under Patricia’s expert tutelage.
Our intimate groups of up to 6 participants guarantee you personalised attention and an unforgettable experience.
Once made your piece will be left in the pottery to dry and to be bisque fired. You will then return to paint and glaze your piece which will be fired for a second time.
Cost: €70.00 per person.
Pop Up Workshop Schedule 2025
Our Beginners Taster Classes start again in February and run from 10.30am to 12.30pm on the following dates:
February: Saturday 8th and Saturday 22nd
March: Saturday 8th and Saturday 22nd
April: Saturday 12th and Saturday 26th
Continuing Skills Development (CSD) Course
We pick up again in February 2025 with Saturday Classes for our Continuing Skills Development (CSD) courses. If you have done our first Taster workshop and preferably our Advanced Taster then you are ready for our CSD course: 6 consecutive weeks covering wheel work, glazing, kilns and firing. An exciting next step into The Potter’s World.
The six classes take place from 2.30pm to 4.30pm on February 8th, 15th, 22nd, March 1st, 8th and 15th.
Cost: €210.00 inclusive of materials and firing.

Vouchers
Vouchers for all our classes, workshops and studio shop are available by calling to The Potter’s Yard during opening hours, 10.00am to 5.00pm in winter.
